Operations

Daily Operations Overview:
AeroDeflect runs seamlessly at partner airports, providing continuous monitoring of aircraft landings and takeoffs. Each day, our team ensures that runway-based LiDAR sensors, high-speed cameras, and motion detectors are functioning correctly, calibrated, and aligned to capture wing deflection, impact forces, and environmental conditions like wind and temperature.

Data Capture Process:
When an aircraft lands, our sensors collect high-resolution 3D and motion data in real time. The system measures wing deflection, bending stress, and distributed loading to calculate the structural stress experienced by the aircraft. Environmental variables are also recorded to account for differences in weather and runway conditions.

AI Analysis & Predictive Modeling:
Captured data is immediately fed into our AI-driven predictive software, which models cumulative damage per landing and estimates the remaining fatigue life of the aircraft wings. This enables airlines to anticipate maintenance needsbefore issues arise, reducing unplanned downtime and improving fleet reliability.

Data Delivery & Customer Access:
Processed results are delivered through a secure, cloud-based dashboard accessible to airline maintenance teams. Reports include real-time landing stress, cumulative damage indices, predicted maintenance windows, and actionable recommendations. Optional alerts notify maintenance managers if specific aircraft are approaching critical stress thresholds.

Maintenance & System Oversight:
Our operations team conducts routine checks on runway sensors and cameras, performs software updates, and ensures data accuracy and compliance with airport safety regulations. Any anomalies in sensor readings are flagged immediately for inspection, ensuring that the system operates reliably 24/7.
